This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and [Your Company Name] (“Company”) regarding the use of the Local Jackpots mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on your compatible mobile device.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Distribute, sell, or lease the App to any third party.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary rights notices on the App.

3. User Content

You may have the ability to submit, post, or display content within the App (“User Content”). You retain all rights to your User Content but grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App.

4. Termination

The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and you must delete the App from your device.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted or that any defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to this Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Additional Terms

  1. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

    • Users must agree to our Terms of Use before using the app.
    • Any content violating our policies will be removed, and offending users may be permanently banned.

  2. Filtering & Moderation

    • Our team actively reviews and monitors user-generated content, including live feeds.
    • AI-based and manual moderation help filter objectionable content.

  3. Reporting & Blocking

    • Users can report any post, story, or live stream for review.
    • Users can block other users if they feel unsafe or harassed.

  4. Action on Reports

    • We investigate all reports within 24 hours.
    • Any content violating our policies is removed immediately, and offending users may be suspended or banned.
